As an Account Executive on our team, you will be empowering Early Childhood Educators (ECE's) to build stronger relationships with parents and engage them in children's learning and development using our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • The role is a balance of managing demos set up by our Business Development Team along with cold calling decision-makers at childcare centers to source your own leads
  • In both instances you will be responsible for discovery, presentation, negotiating amp; closing as well as showcasing the tremendous value HiMama provides amp; getting people excited
  • Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly and annual team targets as well as individual
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a transactional Sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Personable amp; confident attitude along with excellent communication amp; presentation skills
  • Growth minded, a continuous learner, perpetually excited to refine their skills amp; set bigger goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create amp; foster relationships with customers
  • A collaborative team player who values others’ talents, insights amp; input
  • Tenacious amp; resilient with the ability to push past hurdles to achieve targets

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Experience with a transactional/fast B2B sales process is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and G-Suite is a plus
