Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support TIKTAL's growth and remote culture.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's values and culture.
- Lead the recruitment team to source, screen, and hire top talent to support TIKTAL's growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive remote team culture and decrease burnout.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure high employee productivity and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns, and use this feedback to improve the HR policies and practices.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and current HR trends.
- Experience working with remote teams and an understanding of remote team culture.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective employee engagement and performance management strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in working with HR technology and tools to improve HR processes and practices.
