Role responsibilities

As a Community Manager, you are part of the team responsible for the quality of our Tester Community's experience. We seek to understand what our testers need in order to thrive, and we drive change across the organisation to ensure people are eager to join our community and remain engaged within it.

You will also work closely with commercial and operational teams to identify our customers' testing needs, and - using a range of different tools and strategies - find the best matching testers to participate in each project so that we can deliver valuable results to our customers in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing

  • Approving and verifying applications to join the community
  • Scoping out recruitment needs for new testing projects
  • Sourcing testers from within our community
  • Creating and running external recruitment campaigns to attract new talent into our community
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to improve all aspects of the Tester Experience
  • Communicating with our community members, to ensure they are informed, supported and engaged

Requirements


Required experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative or recruitment background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English
