Location amp; Remote Work
Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-45 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

About the Area:
We are looking for an experienced designer to be a strategic partner alongside technology and product leadership. Someone mature in developing strategies based on insights from real people and rapidly elaborate solutions with cross-functional teams. The Senior Design Manager position is responsible for the conception of world-class products and services while giving direction and mentoring a team of designers.
Product Designer Manager at QuintoAndar:
- You'll lead the design of large complex initiatives and articulate processes among designers in a tribe (26 product designers).
- You are responsible for developing effective, growth-centered career mentorship, helping product designers grow their skills.
- You are responsible for understanding the team needs to improve design operations and best practices.
- You'll be part of a multidisciplinary product tribe, working directly with the product and engineering leadership, and stakeholders on the development of tools that enable a unique customer experience across the entire process (ie: sourcing properties, searching, scheduling, applying, negotiating, moving, and living in).
