Requirements
Summer MBA Internship Program
(Full Remote)
We offer you the opportunity to join the RecargaPay team in a unique program that will allow you to experience our culture, motivated by Innovation, Adaptability, Excellence and Owner Mentality.
The program will last for up to 12 weeks, and during which you will participate in a full-time project possibility within one of the following areas: Customer Journey; Credit amp; Collections; Finance amp; Accounting; UX Research; Payments; Planning amp; IR; and others.
Your role will be to develop a project from scratch within one of the aforementioned areas, where you will have full autonomy, interaction with the team, and direct exposure to the senior management of different teams and the company.
Throughout the project, you will have the opportunity to put into practice your skills in management, critical thinking, hands on work, and communication with direct responsibility over the different workflows of the project.
You will constantly interact with management, with complete exposure when presenting analysis and conclusions to the C-Level and SPVs team.
Prerequisites:
- Currently enrolled in MBA program at the time of application with a graduation date between December 2023 September 2024;
- 3+ years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between the graduation date from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA program;
- Ability to participate in a 10-12 week Summer Internship, in the Summer of 2023.
