As a Business Development Representative at Zyte, you hold an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. You will often be our customer’s first experience with Zyte, making a great first impression to earn the right to qualify our leads and identify what the appropriate next steps should be.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the Zyte business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Account research and cold calling for outbound marketing
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior-level executives
  • Update prospect interaction in salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistent achievement of KPI’s (call, talktime, social selling)
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives

Requirements

  • 2 years prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company)
  • Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Fearless attitude willing to take intelligent risks
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Articulate with strong business acumen
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
