OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an eager Community Manager that's looking for more independent responsibility by joining our growing team and be the face and voice of our clients platform, managing their community communications and engagement for the game. If you’re passionate about managing large communities, have a genuine love and interest for social media and online community platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills; equally comfortable with being in the spotlight. You’re people-focused, with the ability to manage and moderate the conversations happening across multiple platforms and channels. Being the bridge between the client and the players will be your main driver.

• Manage a community of game users.
• Act as a link between the game, its community, and the client.
• Gathering feedback from users for the game and vice versa, feeding this back to operations.
• Manage any crisis that arises in the community.
• Interact with users on various gaming and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain company’s brand and image.
• Follow platform and community trends, ensuring social media guidelines are adhered to.
• Develop recommendations for community optimization and growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese, Spanish and English.
• Experience managing Video game communities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Friendly personality, positive attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy while dealing with complex issues and crisis.
• Reacts well under pressure.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Experience using Discord.
