We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team, performing a support role in community content management and production. We are looking for an organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to map opportunities for new customers (lead) or expansion through the community, that result in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!

A typical work day might include:

  • Attraction and validation (audit) of new members;
  • Content management and production;
  • Management of sensitive comments;
  • Organizing the demands of the community that involve the other areas of the company;
  • Organizing exclusive community events.


Responsabilities:

  • Create the content strategy for our community, aiming to: engage members, generate customer engagement on the Axur platform, drive leads to the new business team, and expand the customer base;
  • Manage group posts with focus on the member experience and the conduct manual;
  • Be the person responsible for keeping in touch with members of the community and guest influencers;
  • Identify opportunities to develop actions that promote community engagement and belonging;
  • Monitor, metric and act to improve members' engagement;
  • Identify opportunities of networking and member connection;
  • Map opportunities for new customers (lead) or expansion through the community;
  • Identify difficulties faced by community members and possible solutions we can support (or insights for content generation);
  • Work closely with the other Marketing, CS, Sales and Education teams to develop materials and actions to meet the demands of the community and the business.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

  • Barchelor degree in communication and related graduation courses;
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese;
  • Experience with communities (at least 1 year);
  • Willingness to learn (we work in a very specific field);
  • Soft skills: communication, empathy, agility, autonomy; to be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships and promote connections between people.

Important Skills:

  • Advanced English;
  • Experience with cyber security;
  • Participation in community events is desirable.
