About the challenge
The Digital Change Management Specialist will lead and manage the successful adoption and integration of digital initiatives and process improvements throughout the organization. This includes identifying and assessing the impact of digital changes on the organization, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, and supporting key stakeholders through the transition.
- Establish a very well-defined framework to support the entire change chain;
- Identify and assess the impact of digital changes on the organization;
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans;
- Support critical stakeholders through the transition;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities;
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital changes;
Requirements
- To be an enthusiast about communication, negotiation, and leadership;
- To have experience with change management methodologies and tools;
- To have a strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on organizations;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- To have analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiar with Agile mentality;
- Project management skills.
