We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Internto join our team, to support recruiters in all phases of our selective process. We are looking for an organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to conduct interviews, that will result in the growth of the whole Axur team.

And you can choose whether you will work in person, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, anywhere in Brasil!

A typical work day might include:

- Supporting recruiters in all phases of our selective process;

- Management of the selection processes in ATS - Workable;

- Alignment of vacancies with managers;

- Opening and posting of vacancies;

- Resume analysis;

- Hunting;

- Screening;

- Application and interpretation of profile evaluations;

- Scheduling interviews;

- Conducting interviews;

- Contact with candidates and sending feedbacks about the steps;

- Construction and analysis of performance indicators;

- Construction and execution of projects to improve results;

-Support in international hiring.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

  • Advanced/fluent Spanish (will be evaluated during the selective process);
  • Intermediate English;
  • Currently attending college in Brazil.

Internship:

R$1.400 (monthly)

  • An allowance of R$ 2,000.00 (BRL) in the first month to purchase all items for your home office. Axur will send only the laptop (which must be returned to the company in case of departure).
