What your day will be like
- You will establish a culture of a product led technology team to engage, collaborate and communicate as one.
- You will work closely with your product trio doing a lot of discovery sessions to understand which problems and opportunities are worth tackling , bringing the most value for your business unit and users.
- You will help build a whole new product, so you will need to anticipate a lot of implementation challenges and align routines with other areas of the business.
- You will develop, manage and align the product roadmap to build consensus on prioritization and drive product execution.
- You will improve the day to day processes and practices to improve the team's product excellence.
- You will have dedicated time to learn and help others learn. You will mentor Engineers and Product Designers to help them grow.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Familiarity in a fast-paced or startup environment working with Agile methodologies.
- Highly quantitative, analytical, and business minded with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Be results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking paired with strong tactical execution.
- Ability to articulate vision to lead and inspire the teams around you.
- Demonstrated track record of product leadership.
- Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area.
- Obsession with creating the future together with our users
- Minded to work with people and diversity in the team
- Excellent level of English; spoken and written.
