WE ARE LOOKING FOR
COMMUNITY MANAGER
Requirements- Advanced English (Bilingual or Native)- Experience in consumer accounts.- Bachelor's degree: Communication, advertising, etc.- Knowledge of social networks such as: Facebook, TIK TOK, Instagram- Content development.- Knowledge of Social Listening.
Activities- Conversation with all types of audience.- Use of Advertising Tools.- Crisis Management.- Follow-up of comments, interaction and performance reports- Creativity and rallying ability.
Skills- Analysis capacity- Teamwork- Creativity- Service attitude- Proactivity- Good spelling and writing- Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving
