Do you love coding and have at least one year of experience as a backend tech lead?

We are looking for a multidisciplinary squad software engineer lead, with experience as a tech lead. We want a delivery-oriented person who enjoys working collaboratively on building web product solutions. And you can choose whether you will work in person, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, anywhere in the world!

A typical work day might include:

• Peering with product teams in order to refine, develop and release product backlog items;
• Peering with other technical leadership members to evolve technical backlog;
• Fixes and adjustments to our technical solutions;
• Guide engineering teams to find and execute best technical solutions for different scenarios;
• Technical discussions to seek the best viable solutions;
• Support activities to ensure that the operation of our products runs smoothly (investigation and resolution of any problems).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a tech lead;
• Strong work experience with Java platform, relational databases and automated testing, using Unix based systems;
• Relevant Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS;
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and patterns;
• Solid knowledge of test-driven development and unit test techniques;
• Notions of distributed systems development, cloud computing and use of IaaS;
• Technical English.
