Job Description

Sticky Marketing’s mission is to establish the app as the first-choice to collect, mint and trade NFTs in the mobile space. We make Sticky successful by giving people access to the world of NFTs in an easy amp; fun way.

As Sticky Community Manager, you will engage our creator and collector’s base, to help grow our brand and app by building excellent social and community activities.

In this role, you will contribute by translating business objectives into social media strategies that build and move communities. You will connect with creators and collectors to make them be passionate about NFTs. Additionally, you are passionate about Pop amp; Internet culture and curious about what’s new and interesting. You will also demonstrate excellent creative instincts for content and sound judgment to help discern what fits into the Sticky strategy and voice, and what doesn’t. Your wit, quick thinking, and creative skills will serve you well as you work closely with designers and analysts to develop insightfully thought out, nimbly developed, and beautifully crafted content.

  • Advocate for Sticky to both creators and collectors’ communities. Develop the social insight and strategy for our channels and drive the execution to drive engagement goals.
  • Lead influencer marketing strategies and its execution.
  • Work with Performance, Data and Product teams to effectively define, develop, and execute the role of social media. Identify and manage partners/influencers who enable us to support and scale social campaigns.
  • Shape our social voice, engaging creators and collectors in ways that add value to our communities and conversations.
  • Work with Data on measurement framework to accurately define and track the engagement of our activities. Identify trends within our community and across social.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Arts or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or social media
  • Experience Managing Discord (primarily) and other social media communities (secondarily)
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams, developing social media and influencer marketing strategies into integrated (paid and organic) marketing campaigns
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge about Pop amp; Internet culture and expert usage of social media
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, present key findings, and apply findings to future programs
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Excellent editorial point of view on what's effective for Community Managing engagement driven
  • Curiosity about all things correlated with NFT, web3 and blockchain
