Docplanner builds a world-leading online practice management software for the healthcare sector in the SaaS model. We help 130,000 doctors and clinics digitize their practices and deliver exceptional patient experience in over 13 countries. We also run marketplace websites that allow 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.

This position will report to the Customer Care Team Leader in close collaboration with the product department and Customer Success. This position serves as Docplanner's representative with our clients during the implementation of new clients. You will migrate to our systems from the client platform during the initiation process as well as implement our widget on our partner portals.

As a Data Entry and Implementation Specialist you will need to have a passion for accuracy, the ability to learn new systems and a commitment to improving service to our clients.

A strong work ethic, a superior sense of organization, and teamwork are essential.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Execute implementation tasks (data entry and import, software configuration, and project management);
  • Compile, verify and sort the data depending on the import needs;
  • Escalation of queries and needs to our customers and product team. Communication until the final resolution;
  • Solve information discrepancies and gain insights into incomplete data;
  • Work with product, success and support to improve import and deployment processes.

Requirements

What experience and skills do you need to have for this position?

  • Experience in the use and knowledge of various database formats (SQL, CSV, Excel, TXT, etc). Experience in the use of SQL to obtain actionable information, whether in a commercial or academic environment;
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, C;
  • Previous experience using Excel and its multitude of functions (including macros);
  • Excellent communicator - verbal and written;
  • Analytical, decisive look and corporate vision;
  • Precision and attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of html and the most popular CMS frameworks;
  • Intermediate level of English.

You are a great candidate for this position if:

  • You have a degree in Information Systems or another relevant degree;
  • Knowledge in programming that helps to automate processes;
  • You have an analytical, decisive look and corporate vision;
  • Innate predisposition to process improvement;
  • Knowledge of Spanish.
