We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work closely with the Sales Manager. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and building communication with potential customers, analyzing industry insights, cooperating with Junior Business Development Rep (BDR) to analyze approachable market and build outreach strategy.

You will use your analytic and communication skills to facilitate sales outreach in your area, drive opportunities and help them convert to customers.

Ultimately, you will boost the sales pipeline and contribute to our long-term business growth assigned portfolio of clients.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach out to eligible leads and convert them for further communication
  • Analyse region specifics and tendencies in chosen industries
  • Contact potential clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn
  • Developing outreach strategy towards the target market
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Coordinate necessary lead generation support and market research

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with sales leads generation and communication
  • Experience of working with a sales/marketing CRM
  • Confident MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) (B2 and higher)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Quota carrying sales role.
