The People Team sits at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for new people to join us in developing a sustainable wider People team for our Jellies to learn, grow, and excel.
We have designed an immersive two year internship programme for two individuals, to be based out of the São Paulo office, that share our passion for the digital world and are keen on learning more about the People side of the business. If this is you, then read on!
What can you expect from the People Development Internship?
In short: a whole deal of learning and fun combined!
At Jellyfish, the People Team is built on 3 key pillars: People, People Development and Talent Acquisition. Each area supports specific cohorts in the business across a variety of areas, with the vision of leveraging our skills, confidence and enhancing our own superpowers.
We’ll start the programme with an initial two weeks of training that will help you gain an understanding of One Jellyfish, the day to day activities of each of the People pillars and how we best work together to support the wider business.
To ensure you gain a deeper understanding of every pillar across the People Team, every six months you will rotate into a new area: People Partnering, People Development and Talent Acquisition.
If you enjoyed working with us, at the end of completing all three rotations, we will consider offering a permanent position within Jellyfish, specializing in your choice of People Partnering, People Development or Talent Acquisition. This will be subject to capability requirements at the end of your internship programme.
