We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to take our product designs to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver customer-centered product designs for both mobile and desktop experiences. You will be expected to deliver intuitive and delightful new products and features to our investors as we continually innovate on our product and release new offerings. You bring extensive knowledge of best practices and a keen ability to leverage data and research insights to improve the value and experience of the products you work on. You value feedback, care deeply about quality, and are outcomes-focused.
We have a team of 4 product designers who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience that distills our complex investment products into a simple and easy-to-use format for our investors. We work collaboratively to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities. We view this role as a key component to achieving our ambitious product experience goals. What you’ll do:- Deliver various design assets, including wireframes, flows, visuals, prototypes, etc.
- Work closely with a product manager to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver product enhancements that latter up to strategic company goals
- Solve problems that require strategic thinking and extensive product knowledge participating in brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas in early phases of development
- Collaborate with other members of the design team to further the design system with an emphasis on mobile, interaction, and visual design disciplines
