Your Impact:
  • Demonstrate Rock’s processes and deadlines to the customer, educating them about important routines for the success of their content marketing strategy;
  • Maintain the quality of individual deliverables;
  • Communicate Onboarding progress to the team responsible for the customer;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Rock’s customer journey, customer lifecycles, and ideal customer profiles;
  • Assist internal and external clients in order to retain and expand customer relations;
  • Serve as a focal point to clarify doubts, guiding our clients for the most suitable solution for them;
  • Create strategic plans for our customers based on data aiming to enhance results;
  • Formulate inbound reports and metrics;
What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years experience in client service, customer experience, customer success, or customer support roles;
  • University or Higher Education degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business Administration;
  • Experience with Customer Service;
  • Knowledge of Content Marketing strategies;
  • Advanced or fluent English skills;
