Job Description
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
Coordinate software development, testing, and planning efforts with external entities.
Implement performance and quality modules.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the products.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills to debug and isolate complex problems.
Strong experience in Unix/Linux operating system.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
C++ on Unix with TCP/IP, network protocols, multi-threading and system calls.
Solid OOD foundation.
4+ years’ experience as a software developer.
Self-motivated work ethic.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Experience with written technical documentation.
Experience in scripting.
Desirable: Understanding of Voice Networks and signalling protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, MGCP/H.248, SIP).
Desirable: Other programming languages (Java, C, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL).
Good english reading skills.
