Job Description

Aquiris is looking for a talented Paid Media Analyst to join our team. As a Paid Media Analyst you will be managing budgets and running advertising campaigns in order to generate awareness and increase sales of each game throughout the world. You will be responsible for managing our media accounts, working closely with the marketing team on planning, creating and pushing media content to reach new players and/or engage the community to raise the audience of each game.


Responsibilities

  • Create media planning, data analysis and measurement of results;
  • Configure advertising campaigns and manage their performances on programmatic platforms such as Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, among others;
  • Elaborate periodic report presentations that guide marketing decisions, always aiming to optimize results;
  • Understand the game/consumer's journey and act in order to enhance sales and visibility of the games;
  • Propose solutions for acquisition, activation, retention and remarketing of the player community;
  • Analyze the market looking for trends and benchmarks, turning them into insights to develop and optimize programmatic media strategies;
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing, Distribution, Product and Development teams, seeking reach, promotion and conversion for games;
  • Keep contact, whenever necessary, with consultants from companies that own social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, among others, in order to always keep updated with the news on these platforms;
  • Promote the creation of technical briefings (creative formats, best practices) for advertising campaigns;
  • Propose, monitor, analyze and pursue KPI's for paid media campaigns;
  • Responsible management of digital marketing funds, always seeking the best Return on Investment (ROI) for all campaigns;
  • Contact agencies, portals, event organizers, specialized broadcasting vehicles, media companies or digital influencers to budget and hire advertising space, merchandising, editorial publications, sponsorships, etc;
  • Plan and monitor the campaign calendar;
  • Drive SEO Strategies, generating demands for creative production (artwork and texts);
  • Generate documentation with a supplier’s database, methodologies and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programmatic media tools for search, social ads, display, video, retargeting (Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, Twitter Ads, Tik Tok for business, and others);
  • Deep understanding of concepts such as user journey, sales funnel, benchmarking and consumer profile in the Games segment
  • Knowledge on Google Analytics and Google Tag manager
  • Be a Gamer and know gamers habits;
  • Advanced English.


Major Pluses:

  • Buzzmonitor tool domain (or similar tools);
  • Fluent English;
  • Courses and certifications (Facebook and Google);
  • Experience with Google Ads campaigns with Smart Bidding ;
  • knowledge of CRM and Big Data concepts and best practices.
