DESCRIPTION
- Onboard, integrate, train and contribute to the success of our enterprise customers;
- Coordinate a seamless and fast process of systems integration with internal and external parties and deliver the result in expected deadline;
- Escalate technical issues as needed;
- Design all project requirements and perform all tasks accordingly;
- Create a delighting onboarding experience for the customer with easy to understand, step-by-step explanation, including the user acceptance and user training;
- Ensure optimal utilisation of all tools;
- Overview and manage the onboarding portfolio of several enterprise clients in parallel.
Requirements
If you:
- Have undergraduate or master’s degree (preferably in computer science, engineering, business or related fields);
- Are hands-on, proactive, persistent;
- Have at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with 2 years of experience in hospital software, or other enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, etc;
- Are capable of taking accountability while providing status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems when necessary;
- Have experience in managing projects with several stakeholders, particularly those with external clients/stakeholders;
- Preferably have previous business analysis experience or system-to-system integration experience;
- Are capable of analyzing database structures and comfortable working with SQL and database softwares (Oracle, MySQL, etc.);
- Have superior communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet goals;
- Have excellent written and spoken English to be able to communicate with the international team;
