As our HR Business Partner Manager, or People Partner as we use internally, you'll report to a Senior HRBP Manager in our People Operations Squad. Your role will be partnering with Ops teams' managers and team-members to design, execute and improve strategies for hiring, development and engagement. You’ll own the people strategies to help that business, including hiring strategies to keep our growing world class team and also, you’ll handle everyday demands about culture, engagement, development, dismissals and others to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically;
  • Create strategies to recruit top talent to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually hiring goals;
  • Fully understand the needs of hiring managers and collaborate with them to design to-be-hired positions, build strategies to hire and manage the recruitment process;
  • Maintain data integrity and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders;
  • Work closely with business teams to improve work relationships, inforce culture and increase productivity;
  • Understand fully our business to come up with solutions, together with the teams, for developing and engaging their employees;
  • Make diagnoses of career, satisfaction and culture of the teams you support and bring to discussion with People specific and cross-teams solutions;
  • Partner with other BPs and other cross-functional teams on communications, projects and best practices.

Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

Requirements

  • Experience as Business Partner at tech and/or scaling organization, preferenced with Tech Teams;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in portuguese and english;
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to easily navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal;
