As Business Strategy Specialist at QuintoAndar you will be part of a team responsible to build and structure the new product vertical at QuintoAndar - Brokerage for Sale. Your main job will be to understand and explore the real estate market, gather and combine new external information with our own knowledge and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations to improve decision making and drive growth in our For Sale business. More specifically:

• Learn and understand our business model and main value drivers;
• Explore our current and potential markets, anticipating key trends;
• Collect and explore data from different sources. Combine and analyze them to generate actionable insights;
• Formulate objective recommendations and help making intelligent decisions based on high quality, data-driven analysis;
• Lead projects with full autonomy;
• Interact with other teams and be able to influence key stakeholders;
• Be a team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit towards achieving great results!

Requirements

Please only apply if you fulfill these:

• You are pragmatic and data driven problem solver;
• You think outside of the box and are never constrained by the status-quo. You don't rest until you find a solution;
• You have proven experience working at fast-growing startups, management consulting and/or real estate industries;
• You know how to analyze data and you have knowledge of statistics, tests and comparison tools.

We may like you even better if you:

• Have knowledge on SQL and/or Python, specially for data manipulation and analysis.
