Social Media Coordinator
Aquiris Game Studio, Brazil

Aquiris is looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Porto Alegre. You will be the creative voice behind all media channels from our games, being responsible for creating content in text and video. You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative Design team on planning, creating, publishing and monitoring content to engage the community of our games and raise the audience.

• Plan/Create communication strategies in partnership with Marketing, Publishing and Development teams;
• Create persuasive communications to acquire, entertain and engage gaming fans;
• Manage, edit, post and share engaging content regularly;
• Monitor, guide and promote dialogue in Aquiris Games main Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Tik Tok, Reddit);
• Keep up to date with social media trend topics and create content from them;
• Be aware of the promotional calendar of each Aquiris game to seize opportunities of dates and events to generate buzz and conversation;
• Analyse/gather KPIs;
• Work in partnership with media execs (internal and external);
• Approach/Talk/Manage influencers;
• Make/Present creative videos to explain/convince/inspire people;
• Make/Present benchmark and trend reports;
• Activate/Run Social Media surveys and campaigns;
• Be oriented with or be familiar with agile methods;
• Play our games consistently in order to find gaps and suggest product improvement insights;
• Know how to manage social media crises;
• Give visibility on jobs progress, especially in home office mode;
• Be accountable for each task;
• Use management softwares and tools to organize work progress and documentation (i.e. ClickUp, Teams, Miro, Guru).

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Fluent english;
• Be a gamer;
• Creative writing;
• Knowledge of the main media platforms, their particularities, trends and languages, as well as scheduling and monitoring operations.

Wishable:

• Experience with the Buzzmonitor tool;
• Good handling of media management softwares;
• Video editing skills;
• Create/curate authorial content regularly

Previous experience:

• 5 years working experience with social media

Skills Set:

• Ability to switch between artists and programmers and adapt to each groups needs;
• Agile/Logical thought: fast reacting in conversations
• Be a trendsetter (desired)
