Job Description

The Sampling Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market and assisting the Project Managers in making sure studies are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client. The Sampling Coordinator liaise with other team members to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the sampling aspect of the allocated projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

In this role your duties will Include the following:

  • Manage and control of sampling for the allocated projects from the setup for internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Manage up to 30 live projects to maintain the knowledge and experience on market research recruitment.
  • Excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies; coordinate with project assistants to best utilize available options for maximum results.
  • Build a sampling plan for the projects allocated.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximise internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails and other custom recruitment solutions.
  • Review projects on a regular basis and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment update to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client.
  • Come up with alternative sampling strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach total sample sizes of projects.
  • Track, monitor and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability.
  • Support online and offline marketing strategy recruitment of healthcare professionals through social media, referral campaigns and segmented emailing.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail.
  • Build working relationships across departments to ensure insight is well communicated and understood.
  • Organized, as you will have to work on a variety of projects to generate effective results.

Outcomes

  • Keep M3 outsourced project recruitment rate and costs under the given KPIs
  • Client satisfaction score above target

Requirements

Experience, skills and qualifications

  • Proficient at Excel
  • Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform
  • Fluent in English
  • Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable with change, ability to derive opportunity from uncertainty
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills as the role involves working on a variety of projects to generate effective results

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent number of years’ experience

Minimum Experience

  • Candidate will preferably have experience with complex market research projects which could include intricate sampling

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
  • Experience with email marketing automation and knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space
  • Ideally with another European language or Portuguese.
