For this role you'll have the option to work from home based in São Paulo or anywhere else in Brazil - with the possibility of choosing to use our office in São Paulo up to twice a week.

Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

Requirements
As our People Projects Lead, you will:
- Be part of the People Performance amp; Analytics structure;
- Lead several important and strategic cross-team and cross-company projects;
- Guarantee a fast-paced and best in class project management;
- Work with People and Business teams in complex and strategic projects;
- Explore benchmarks, best practices and trends to apply in our projects;
- Create project guidelines, methods and templates to People projects;
- Interact with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliveries and effectiveness;
- Develop robust project communication plan (calendar, reporting routines and deliveries) and guarantee alignment with people and business teams involved in the projects;
- Evaluate project performance (KPIs), service delivery and client satisfaction;
- Prepare and execute reports on projects and its results;
- Be an internal influencer towards high-performance culture and a team player!

- Have strong experience in project management;
- Know how on agile methods of project management;
- Excellent business sense;
- Demonstrated experience mapping, discussing, redesigning processes;
- Great ability to report results and conduct meetings with senior leadership teams (C-level, directors and managers);
- Organization, ability to work with short deadlines and with a large volume of demands;
- Flexibility to deal with unforeseen events;
- You are analytical and like to solve complex problems;
- Excellent stakeholder management;
- Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences with little context;
- Team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and lead work with minimum guidance;
- You think outside the box and are never constrained by the status-quo.

- Have a consulting background;
- Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics background;
- Have experience in working at fast-growing startups
