Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Growth Hack to be part of our Marketing Team focused on high and accelerated performance. You will identify areas and opportunities for growth, bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives for acquisition and retention.
In this role, you should be an expert in growth experiments, responsible for creating, implementing and documenting daily tests for continuous improvement of business.
You should have a background in Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence including data and business analysis - code will be a plus. If you also have business acumen and problem-solving skills, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to enhance our business intelligence strategy to help us make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategies to increase and optimise revenue and user growth for its products, this includes working at the awareness, acquisition and activation stages as well as building out marketing and product features to drive user retention and referrals
• Combine your skills in digital marketing, analytics and product management to find and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build a customer base as well as supplier base and grow the business
• Collaborate with channel-specific teammates to identify areas for growth
• Collaborating with marketing, product amp; product marketing personnel on promotional strategies and influencer marketing, overseeing an organization's website and automation systems, and evaluating website traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates
• Experimenting and identifying channels to test, running tests, perform customer/audience segmentation analysis, develop social media presence and find ways to optimise these channels
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
• Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
• Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
• Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
• Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
• Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
• Identify industry trends and insights
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head in startups or companies in ascension
- Experience in track record of growing a north-star metric through strategic marketing and product management
- Proven track record of growing products through your ideas and experimentation
- Familiar with different viral marketing tactics, referral marketing and knowledge of some of the world’s fastest-growing startups and how they implemented different ideas.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM factors and key algorithm updates
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
