We are looking for a Performance Analyst who wil have the opportunity to participate in the beginning of a completely new business front for QuintoAndar, being responsible for collecting and structuring data and gaining insights to help the team become increasingly productive and scalable.
You'll do well if you have:
- Strong knowledge in data analysis and creation of indicators (advanced Excel);
- Proven experience with dashboards and extract of insights;
- Have experience with process improvements;
- Able handle pressure and a fast changes;
- Have well-structured communication;
- Organized and focused on execution;
- High energy and loves to solve problems.
The main proposed challenges are:
- Collect, sort and analyze information to provide insights, analysis and proposals for process improvement.
- Conduct projects, exploratory and investigative analysis;
- Create Dashboards, make reports, presentations with the KPIs / results of the area to various forums;
- Analyze an area operation and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing new practices;
- Review, propose and implement new practices, processes and automation of still manual processes, scalability and efficiency.
- Make a consolidated database and extract insights to design an action plan.
Language and location:
