UX Writer Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a UX Writer Coordinator to communicate our products with clear and engaging copy in our platforms: mobile and web. You should be able to set with us a voice and tone for all our communications. You should be obsessed to understand the nuances of how our customers think and fiercely advocate for the best possible solutions for them. Our users must have the right information presented in perfect harmony with the visual and interactive design elements of the UX.
- Collaborate with UX designers, research and product teams to craft a language across a variety of contexts from UI components to conversational building blocks;
- Write clear and compelling copy to describe products;
- Ensure all content we produce is true to the product and consistent with our brand;
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strong and weak points;
- Collaborate with UX researches building and executing researches to deeply understand our users;
- Apply SEO principles to maximize reach to our target audience;
- Raise the bar for interface/product communication;
- Coordinate and manage team assignments with short and long term priorities in mind;
- Mentor and coach junior UX Writer on the team;
- Drive new processes and mechanisms to establish a unified approach and drive alignment on voice and tone.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX writer or similar role in a UX or Product Design team;
- A strong portfolio of relevant writing samples with a UX focus (including problems you helped solve for, your contributions, and the impact to the user);
- Impeccable attention to detail, excellent grammar and copywriting skills;
- Basic keyword search knowledge;
- Positive energy and leadership capabilities?;
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish;
- Experience working within rapid, iterative design and agile development processes (but not required).
- Hands-on experience with: voice and tone guidelines, content mapping and modeling (but not required).
