About the opportunity

As a Lead, you will be fully responsible and have autonomy to:

  • Build, develop and manage a team.
  • Design, review and implement our compensation strategy and its main attractiveness elements.
  • Keep our market data updated and reflecting the current reality
  • Design and implement compensation processes and policies’ maintaining a balance between agility and governance.
  • Support managers to design organizational structures capable of delivering our OKRs and provide guidelines to Job Descriptions and leveling.
  • Through benchmarks, market data and QuintoAndar’s values, Design, implement and improve our Short and Long term incentives.

Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

Requirements

As our Talent Attraction amp; Employer Branding Manager, you will:

  • Train and manage TA and EB specialists, analysts and assistants, developing them to delivery strong strategies, projects and policies;
  • Provide effective guidelines on how to attract, recruit and select top talents to integrate our high performance teams;
  • Develop, implement and manage diversity amp; inclusion initiatives for TA and EB projects and processes;
  • Develop, implement and manage young talents attraction programs;
  • Make sure our processes are always being iterated, updated and in line with top market innovations and tendencies;
  • Act as a guardian of QuintoAndar’s full-cycle recruiting process and make sure we are providing a positive experience for each and every candidate;
  • Organize and prioritize effectively to ensure timely completion of all the team’s responsibilities and goals - and support BPs and other TA leaders to do the same;
  • Make sure our team knows and has the resources they need to achieve hiring and employer branding goals;
  • Prepare reports to show tasks in progress and all hiring and employer branding main strategic kpis and health metrics;
  • Assess, select, implement and manage hiring and employer branding tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc;
  • Partner with BPs and Recruiters to support QuintoAndar’s leaders building and keeping track of their hiring plans along the month/quarter/year;
  • Build strong networks to find qualified candidates no matter their seni
