UX Researcher

Job Description
We are looking for someone who loves design and innovation, someone with vast experience in research and user experience. We need someone who is FLUENT in ENGLISH amp; PORTUGUESE. You are an overall researcher with expertise spanning digital products, business and service design. You are obsessed with breaking new creative ground, through crafting intelligence and telling the best stories of their kind. The UX Researcher will work with a team of design thinkers, service and digital designers engaging enterprise level clients, from many different industries, on design sprints and longer projects.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in fast-paced creative environments
- Skilled storyteller, with excellent skills on analysis and synthesis, with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results
- Possess not just exceptional research skills, but the ability to discuss and translate data into conceptual thinking
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates detailed research processes and results that also tells a story that you are a deep thinker
- Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills

- Orchestrate research process from end to end: plan, conduct and analyze user research and validation
- Volume and quality of data and intelligence delivered to projects and learning experiences
- Deep care and ownership of projects
- Inspire internal team and external clients on the importance of data-driven decision-making
- Mastery over qualitative approach, its tools and techniques
- Proficient on conducting ethnographic research with direct contact to people
- Exceptional synthesis and presentation skills, with a leaning towards storytelling
- Creativity and the ability to help solve complex problems (from strategic to the last mile of design)
Benefits
Contrato PJ de 6 meses, com possibilidade de extensão.
Entre 4 a 6k reais por mês para nível jr e pleno, dependendo da experiência da pessoa. Remuneração negociável para profissionais em outros níveis.
Trabalhe de qualquer lugar! Esse trabalho é 100% remoto até no mínimo julho de 2021. Após essa data, eventuais projetos presenciais podem começar a acontecer e as despesas de viagem são pagas pela Echos.
O horário de trabalho será primordialmente no fuso horário de São Paulo, com reuniões semanais com o fuso da Austrália e eventuais projetos em outros lugar do mundo!
