Job Description


Here at RecargaPay we are looking for a bold SPAC Structuring Intern to help us and take on some relevant projects in our Monetization structure. In this position, you will be working in Financial related projects.


Your responsibilities will be:


  • Understand the IPO possibilities for a Brazilian company, conducting a comparative analysis between Brazil-IPO vs US-IPO vs SPAC
  • Gather benchmarks of successful SPAC enabled IPOs globally, and how they would perform with RecargaPay given market specifics
  • Consider capital potential, regulatory requirements, market volatility and advisors fees to choose the most convenient option
  • Assist with pitch and business model specifically to capture SPAC opportunities
  • Create a deck at the end of the internship to be presented to c-level and gain approval to move forward with the project

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Startups (Fintech a plus), Business, Management Consulting, and/or Investment Banking;
  • Proven experience with IPOs;
  • Able to rapidly adapt to changing situations and new environments, in an agile environment;
  • Strong team player with creativity and communication skills;
  • Able to execute and deliver, our motto is Get Shit Done;
  • Advanced in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
