Job Description
A great User Experience is one of the things we aim in RecargaPay. We believe that design is way more than just a beautiful UI, but rather goes deep into the nature of the value proposition we deliver. You’ll be shaping the nature of the most critical, customer-facing interactions, as well as driving important product decisions.
This role demands balancing awesome execution, relentless creativity and obsession with quality with a constant drive to continuously ship impactful work and sustain user-centered sprints. You’ll be working hand in hand with the UX and the Product amp; Technology teams, leading their way to an outstanding user experience.
- Embrace the user's perspective and prioritize their needs based on solid criteria and business sense.
- Work closely with product owners helping defining products strategies with a focus on users behaviors.
- Help and participate in researches done by UX Team.
Requirements
- You must have created outstanding products or have a comprehensive portfolio in mobile jobs.
- At least 5 years of experience in UX, UI and/or leading user researches.
- An awe-inspiring portfolio of brand-defining websites or native app design.
- An eye for typography, palette development and a pixel-level attention to detail.
- Proficient understanding of online and mobile usability best practices and user behaviors.
- Be comfortable in an agile culture company.
- Knowledge of design and technology trends and how to apply these to RecargaPay.
- Knowledge in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Invision and Overflow.
- Comprehensive understanding of UX design and industry trends for mobile technologies.
- English or Spanish is a plus.
