Responsibilities
Actively contribute to Jellyfish's CRM value proposition and collaborate with team members in the development and improvement of CRM products and services. CRM Audit, Intelligent Customer Lifecycle Mapping
Support the sales leader of strategic partnerships (mainly Salesforce) in new business opportunities.
Work closely with the analytics and data teams to provide the best integration services from Salesforce and Google, which take advantage of the best that both platforms can offer the advertiser.
Lead complex segmentation and customization strategies, using informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions.
Collaborate with other business channels to develop appropriate integrated channel efforts and communication flows.
Proactively research and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiency.
Be a consultant to customers based on their requirements on the best CRM solution
Develop project scope and estimates
Develop commercial proposals with the Client Management and Sales amp; Partnership teams
Requirements
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
Experience in leading customer-focused discussions,
Consultative sales history (desired)
Demonstrable experience in relationship marketing, CRM, analytics or equivalent
Experience in marketing automation and customer journey planning
Cross-channel business vision
Passionate about leveraging data to achieve business results
Highly proficient with marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms)
Proven ability to manage, develop and guide a team
Creation of business requirements documents
Highly proficient with marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms)
Experience with Google Marketing Platform and preferred Facebook
More than 8 years of experience in digital marketing
