What? The Customer Support Specialist will report and consult technical and marketing issues for our platform. Our Support team is a real star in our company. Become one of the heroes.

Where? Remotely in Brazil

Team? Join Bity's Support team with Pavlína and Lenka!

Why? Ensure a smooth experience for our customers through a great support experience as well as efficient troubleshooting.

The stack we use? Intercom, Jira, Smartlook, Database, GrayLog, GraphAPI, HubSpot.

When? Starting as soon as possible.

Work arrangement? Full-time based in Brazil timezone. Working remotely.

The job

Responsibilities

  • Direct client support mainly on Intercom and in other communication channels (chat, email.) mainly in LatAm region but also globally
  • Support on FB and Google marketing issues
  • Communication and consultancy with Customer Success Manager
  • Processing and discussing product feedback to product managers
  • Reporting discovered issues
  • Support on questions and issues in ROI Hunter

  • response time
  • time to resolution
  • customer satisfaction or happiness

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Facebook or Google Ads experience
  • Fluent Working English
  • Portuguese
  • Great communication skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong client orientation
  • Patience amp; empathy
  • Marketing enthusiasm

Nice-to-have:

  • Online retail experience
  • Spanish
  • You're not a morning person, you prefer to arrive at amp; leave the workplace later
