What would be your responsibilities?

• Support your development team with test automation, test case creation and guidance across the software development lifecycle by e.g. defining acceptance criteria amp; requirements
• You utilize testing libraries to build domain specific frameworks (e.g. Jest, Enzyme, Selenium, Puppeteer, BDD/Cucumber)
• Ensure desired test coverage across component, integration and system test (incl. end-to-end)
• Ensure traceability of quality throughout the lifecycle, e.g. release to new features to new testing and regression testing)
• Collaborate in the QA team to drive and execute cross-team improvements
• You perform risk assessment and root cause analysis (e.g five whys)

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Experience testing modern web application (preferably React + Redux based), as well as experience with white-box testing at various levels
• Strong web application fundamentals (HTTP, REST API) and web testing techniques
• Proficient in at least one relevant programming language (e.g. Javascript, Typescript, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins) and build process automation using task runners or scripts.
• Comfortable with containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployments (preferably on AWS)
• An advocate for user needs with a curiosity and an interest in continuously developing yourself
• Fluent in English
• We consider experience in healthcare IT (HL7, DICOM, FHIR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304) a large plus
