We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR department. CHRO responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
• Formulate career development plans
• Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer
• Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
• Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
• Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
• Partner with leaders and provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
• Coach executives to avoid team dysfunctions
• Work closely with partners to deliver talent programs and translate back feedback
• Promote a culture of feedback and open communication, reinforcing our mission and core values
• Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management, rewards, mutual separations, conflict management.)
• Ensure the delivery of industry leading HR/Talent services as the business scales
• Participate in leadership meetings to diagnose and solve talent and organization problems

Requirements

• Reasonable knowledge of all HR functions
• Hands-on experience implementing HR strategy
• Good understanding of labor legislation
