Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR department. CHRO responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. Responsibilities
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Formulate career development plans
  • Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer
  • Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
  • Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
  • Evaluate training and development programs
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
  • Partner with leaders and provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Coach executives to avoid team dysfunctions
  • Work closely with partners to deliver talent programs and translate back feedback
  • Promote a culture of feedback and open communication, reinforcing our mission and core values
  • Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management, rewards, mutual separations, conflict management.)
  • Ensure the delivery of industry leading HR/Talent services as the business scales
  • Participate in leadership meetings to diagnose and solve talent and organization problems

Requirements

  • Reasonable knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience implementing HR strategy
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
