What we expect from candidates
We’re looking for Product Designers who are thoughtful, responsible and passionate individuals who appreciate user experience. We’re looking for someone who is not only well versed in UI design, but also has a strong understanding of good UX and is excited to learn about and contribute to the server side. .
What does a Designer do at Agile Content?
- Solve problems into simple experiences
- Identify customer needs to guide product development
- Develop mobile and desktop flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces
- Conduct remote and face-to-face research and testing with our customers
- Share project and study results with the teams involved
- Ensure consistency of experience across all touch points
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement visual design and UI elements
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to mockup to final hand-off to engineering
- Design for multiple platforms and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout
- Promote design guidelines and best practices and standards
Requirements
- You have 6+ years experience designing at consumer-focused product companies, SaaS or b2b platforms, or for agencies with clients in those areas. Experience with business and product strategy, tools and platforms as well as multi-sided marketplaces is a plus.
- A UX/UI portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions on mobile and web platforms
- Proficient with applications like SketchApp, Zeplin, Invision (Abstract as a plus)
- Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline deliverables
- Advanced skills in visual design and design system
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to accept constructive critique and feedback
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies for mobile and web
