Role overview:
People Operations: Support and execute all people operations processes across the complete employee lifecycleEmployee engagement amp; Admin: execute company events, Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, vendor administrationCulture: Act as a brand ambassador of our values - Passion, Grit, Humility amp; Execution when connecting with prospective talent and stakeholders in the businessRequirements- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
- Self-managing and proctive
- Bachelor Degree all fields are accepted
- Lenguage skills : Spanish is a HUGE plus
