You will be in charge of sales acquisition process ensuring it will help your sales team to achieve company goals and maintain positive customer relations. You'll invest a lot of your time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales activities. A central part of your job is to support the sales staff to guarantee sales goals are being met.Requirements
- You'll need to be friendly and highly organized.
- You should be skilled in creating schedules and tracking data.
- Previous coordination experience in sales
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving / analytical skill
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or an equivalent CRM desired
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Must be willing and able to quickly identify and learn department functions, existing processes and procedures independently
- Strong process documentation skills are desired
