We are looking for an energetic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in implementing our People initiatives and driving a cohesive global HR excellence and process improvement. Job Duties
- Safeguard compliance with defined policies and objectives and continuous alignment with the Group's HR guidelines, through the proper management and implementation of corporate policies, as well as the development of HR strategic themes in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia amp; Mexico.
- Ensure the availability of the Human Resources information required by the group, through the management to implement tools and indicators for decision making.
- Process facilitators, helping the team to develop solutions and take care of the work, gives feedback, helps team members to develop professionally.
- Managing and coordinating all personnel management activities such as recruitment and selection, training, compensation, benefits, trade unions, motivational programs, with the aim of maintaining a positive atmosphere in relations between company and employees and supporting managers in relation to supervision of their teams.
- Supervise the entire personal department routine (vacation control, employee costing, medical and CAT remoteness control, PPRA control and PCMSO);
- Accountable for the development of all HR areas; monitoring personnel and budget of the areas, guiding the leadership in the framework decisions, promotion, replacement, reduction and increase of the table; standardize and improve recruitment and selection processes; implement internal evaluation processes; training and development; elaborate and teach various trainings, aiming at corporate improvement;
- In charge for doing the one to ones with the team. Giving and receiving feedback about the performance and setting goals for each one of team.
- Preparation and control of KPI's; structure routines and policies; conduct costing for hiring and dismissal of employees.
- Participates in negotiations of collective agreements.
- Plans LAC’s compensation policy acting with director and managers.
- Manage regular communication with the lawyers (weekly) to discuss about labor issues such as collective labor agreement, labor changes in LAC
Requirements
- Graduated in Business Administration, HR or similar areas.
- Advanced/Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Generalist HR Manager in LAC
- Advanced level of knowledge in Personnel Department routine, labor law, administrative routines
- Intermediate level of training and recruitment.
- Advanced level of experience in creating policies, career and plan and climate survey.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Office Word, MS Outlook.
- Experience in management of Brazil and SSA countries’ culture, labor law and policies.
