Junior Project Manager at Circus SP

At Circus SP we are looking for a Project Manager to work for a brazilian love brand in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have an agile mindset with unique experiences to bring to life best practices across all areas in a growing, fast-paced, and award-winning creative agency. The Project Management skill set will be to manage deliverables, from inception to budgeting to execution, ensuring timely amp; high-quality deliverables, working closely with the clients, Creative and other team members in our collaborative high-performance embedded content studio.

They will need to have a very strong understanding of digital amp; social media, video and how that works in 360 campaigns.

• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
• Billing process.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Project manager at an advertising or marketing agency.
• Knowledge in digital campaigns.
• English advanced skills for communication.
• Production skills is a plus (video production and photoshooting)
• Analytical skills (spreadsheet and presentations) are a must
