As a brand planner you will:
- Be part of the Marketing amp; Growth structure;
- Responsible for aggregating every applicable information of the customer for the purpose of creating efficient branding campaigns;
- Responsible for taking a leading role for the execution of strategic thinking on the development of the brand;
- Create messaging strategy for key target segments considering adaptations for different audiences, regions and channels;
- Overall plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the brand;
- Brief creative partners to create communication campaigns that deliver what we want our brand and business to achieve. Ensure Brand guidelines and strategic goals are met;
- Obtain necessary approvals and manage unplanned creative change requests;
- Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders with updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.

Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

Requirements
Please only apply if you fulfill these:
- Have +5 years marketing management experience building brands, acted as a brand planner or strategist in challenging projects for top brands.
- You are creative, yet analytically minded with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Attention to detail (aesthetic and numerical).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a sense of creativity
- Demonstrated ability to deliver, own and lead work with minimum guidance. Self-motivated, with communication and leadership skills.
- Independence - this is why we are looking for experienced professionals. You will make important decisions.
- You are able to change direction and work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics/businesses.
- Fluent English + Portuguese.
