bxblue is a fintech with a mission to help people access the cheapest personal credit in Brazil. Big names invested us in the national and international scene. We were accelerated by Y Combinator, an accelerator responsible for companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox, Heroku, Docker, and Twitch.
We were honored to be selected by Banco do Brasil to co-create together Brazil's first Loan API. We were on the list of 100 Startups to keep an eye on in 2019.
Since then, we have not stopped growing. Our marketing team needs to leverage our data analysis and you can be the one to lead this effort.
bxblue has been working with remote work for years, and this position would be no different. You can work from wherever you want, remotely.
Responsibility
- Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights;
- Implementing events and conversion tracking into various marketing initiatives using custom code or tools;
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data;
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution;
- Setup, connect, and maintain our marketing data infrastructure, including but not limited to analytic tools, relational and non-relational databases, ads platforms, and any other data source that provides valuable information to marketing efforts;
- Connect and integrate our data flow using tools and custom code.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing data analysis in tech companies;
- Solid coding and database querying skills - you will have code you write yourself as your #1 tool to achieve results;
- Solid data analysis skill - you need to bring answers from amorphous data;
- Scrappy: you need to be creative to achieve results with few resources.
