We're searching a Partner Account Manager to work in our Alliances amp; Channels Team.
The Partner Account Manager is responsible for building out Axur's partner network through execution of business development strategy with an assigned partner ecosystem/domain, within Brazil and other LATAM markets.
We want someone highly communicative, data driven and fast learner!

A typical workday can include:

  • Develop and execute sales programs and Go to Market Strategy - a joint business development planning process with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestone
  • Recruiting regional and LATAM partners in accordance with the Axur Alliances amp; Channels strategy
  • Solidifying key relationships required to build and sustain a long-term business relationship between Axur and the partners
  • Conduct strategic conversations with executive level leadership internally and externally
  • Accelerate adoption of Axur's products in the target markets through marketing to partner’s prospects and clients
  • Establish and grow business and technical relationships to drive top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned partners’ business strategy and build specific Axur growth initiatives that align to partners’ business strategy
  • Work effectively across organization to drive strategic partner initiatives and partner enablement; report results to key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams
  • Actively work with the sales team and scan the market to define market and customer requirements and future opportunities
  • Overseeing day-to-day management and support for all aspects of business relationship with channel partners, including detailed channel pipeline management
  • Continual learning about new products and improving selling skills
  • Export, organize and analyze partners data to prepare presentations and make action plans
  • Preparing written presentations, reports and price quotations

Requirements

To fill this spot are requirements:

  • Proven Channel/Partner account management experience, with software partners (SaaS preferred) in a rapidly growing technology company that achieved a successful outcome.
  • Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue, track record of success managing channel partner relationships
  • Experience leading partner initiatives and developing/managing strategic or major accounts
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. Must speak fluent Portuguese amp; Spanish.
  • Strong business skills; effective in seeing the customer’s/channel partner’s underlying business issues and opportunities.
  • Solid relationship abilities to impact and influence C-Level executives
