We're searching for a Business Development Representative to work in our International Business Team.
This person is responsible for develop and execute partner and direct sales go to market strategies to achieve objectives of the international area.
We want someone highly communicative, data driven and fast learner!

A typical workday can include:

  • Identify new opportunities and generate business proposals;
  • Recruit and nurture partners, mainly in Latin America, creating and executing business plans to grow pipeline and market share;
  • Ensure high quality presentations to prospects and partners, understanding and explaining how Axur solutions can help customer's business results;
  • Manage leads and sales funnel generated by SDRs and partners;
  • Work effectively across organization to drive strategic partner and account initiatives, with the support of other areas, including: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams;
  • Act as a business consultant to help our partners with their own strategy;
  • Maintain good relationship with partners, ensuring compliance, training and driving adoption of our sales programs among their sales and presales teams;
  • Continual learning about new products and improving selling skills;
  • Export, organize and analyze LATAM Sales data to prepare presentations and make action plans to key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To fill this spot are requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing partners and B2B sales at SaaS companies;
  • Business proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish;
  • Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue, track record of success managing channel partner relationships;
  • Solid relationship abilities to impact and influence C-Level executives
  • Strong business skills; effective in seeing the customer’s/channel partner’s underlying business issues and opportunities.


Important differentials:

  • Knowledge about cybersecurity industry;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese;
  • Proven experience with Direct Sales process.
