Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

Data Analyst at QuintoAndar:

Your job is to help us measure everything along our operating pipeline, analyze data to improve decision making and be a leader to leverage data analysts. More specifically:

• Know by heart our business model and rules.
• Be a reference in our relevant data analytics tools/techniques (SQL, prediction, clustering, tracking, looker, python, etc).
• Help all company areas to define and track the right metrics to reach their business goals.
• Use data insights to recommend and to help making intelligent decisions across teams.
• Use prediction and prescriptive methods to support decision making.
• Be an internal influencer towards a data driven culture and a team player!
• Bring new technologies/techniques that enable high business impact opportunities and develop team to apply them in their projects.

Requirements

Please only apply if you fulfill these:

• You are pragmatic and data driven problem solver.
• You think outside of the box and are never constrained by the status-quo. You don't rest until you find a solution.
• You know how to analyze data and you have a least a basic knowledge of statistics, tests and comparison tools.

• You have good knowledge about SQL.
• You have experience with visualization tools (tableau, looker, etc).

We may like you even better if you:

• You know Python and is able to used it as a tool to enhance decision making.
• Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics background.
• Have experience in working at fast-growing startups.
