To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Country Manager to lead the LATAM region.

As the Country Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring, coaching, and overseeing the local LATAM team providing them with clear goals to help grow the region.
  • Developing and growing a strong Go-to-Market plan for the LATAM region including but not limited to:
    • Sales Target Attainment
    • Customer growth amp; retention plans
    • Marketing plans
    • Partner growth plans
    • Market mapping and competitive intelligence
    • Budgets
  • Acting as an executive sponsor representing Mirakl in sales processes and customer success engagements helping to drive revenue for the region.
  • Connecting and working closely with regional and global Mirakl execs discussing best practices and opportunities to further develop Mirakl's business and operations.
  • Forecasting and managing the new customer business in region, setting local quota and attainment goals.
  • Being accountable for finances in your region maintaining and overview of cost savings, employee expenses, operational costs, profit and loss statements, and revenues.

Requirements

  • Executive level experience sales with demonstrated ability to deliver results as a market leader.
  • Strong track record of growing organizations in the LATAM region both from a headcount and revenue standpoint.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse set of teams on the Go-to-Market side.
