With 30 million unique patients visiting our websites each month, DocPlanner is the biggest booking platform (1.9 million last month) and practice management software provider for 2.1 million active doctors. We make healthcare more accessible by letting patients review over 2.5 million verified opinions, find the best doctor nearby and book a visit in a few seconds. Doctors can attract new patients and manage their calendars via our intuitive agenda management tool.

We are growing mega fast and now have 1.500+ people on board based in offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City and Curitiba.

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Head of Finance who will help us expand Brazilian market.

Requirements

GOALS OF THE JOB

• partner with the Country Manager to grow and win the Brazilian and Chilean market
• own financial, accounting, tax and legal operations for Brazil and Chile
• ensure accurate managerial reporting to global CFO
• prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases to support management decisions
• manage costs and cash position
• ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (Big Four Companies)
• work closely with company accountants, lawyers, and other advisors

If you:

• have a Accounting degree in related areas
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Strong experience with all finance functional areas, including reporting, controlling, accounting and tax
• know how to prepare and analyze financial reports and projections
• when you think numbers, you think Excel
• attention to detail
• always think about optimizing everything - even the wheel :)
• agree that change is the only constant
• strong written and verbal English and Spanish
